Customers can choose between USPS Ground Advantage, and UPS® Ground

All shipping logistics and transport are handled by the carrier. 

Brotherly swag cannot be help liable for actions taken by the carrier. 

In the event of a shipping mishap in which the carrier is at fault, we will do our best to replace or return your items to you whenever possible. If it is not possible to replace or return your items, we will refund you the amount of your purchase, less any irrecoverable fees.
